I have been reading the forums at immihelp.com reg the health insurance and have questions:
A Visitor's care fixed coverage insurance plan mentions deductible to be paid per period of coverage. e.g. If I purchase the insurance for 90 days and if my dad makes 5 visits for covered treatment during this 90 days then I have to pay only for one visit. Please clarify if I am right.
B. How soon the card will arrive from the date of online purchase of Visitor's care insurance.
I would apreciate your quick response.
Thanks

Thank you for your interest in purchasing Visitors Care.
A. You have to pay the deductible only once per the entire policy period.
B. You will get in the email right away. Also, it would be mailed to you by
postal mail the next business day. And post office takes around 4-5 days to
deliver first class mail.
You can make instant purchase online at http://www.insubuy.com

Thanks for your quick response. So, if I take one policy with coverage per period for my dad/mom, then each will pay the deductible only once per coverage period irrespective of the number of incidents? Please correct me if I am wrong.
Also this happens to be a better choice over the per incident coverage provided by Inbound USA since the per coverage period does not distinguish incidents?
Please advise me which is better.
While waiting for the actual ID's can I still use the printable ID card to see the doctor in case of emergency??
Thanks once again for all your help and quick response.

1. Deductible is per per period of coverage irrespective of number of
incidents in Visitors Care.
2. Inbound USA has deductible per incident.
3. Yes, you can use the printable ID card while waiting for actual ID.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
