Are you coming to USA on J1 Visa?

Protection America and Patriot America plan does not meet J1 visa requirements.

Here is the link for J1 visa plan that meets the requirements,

yes I am coming on a J1 research scholar visa. I have some questions about visit usa-healthcare:
1-Does this plan cover me when I am outside US for vacation or business, including in my home country Lebanon? will it be the same coverage?
2-Is the benefit period of 26 weeks valid even if, during this period, I have an incidental trip outside US including my home country?
3-Does it cover professional ground or air ambulance service to nearest hospital for emergemcy hospitalisation or emergencymedical care?
4-Does it cover artificial limb or prosthetic appliances or medical equipment for therapeutic use?

Please answer me as soon as possible to be able to buy my insurance before my trip to the usa in two days.
Thank you again
