My parents are visiting me for 2.5 months. I want to buy insurance for them. I checked online - IMG is providing the cheapest coverage. Can you advise me on the following -
1. Do I have to make payments first, and then file

claim, or do i just pay the deductible / Copay and hospital directly charges insurance company for the balance?
2. Is there a requirement to do medical checkup of the visitors?
3. How much would be the copay for each visit to physician?

3. There is no concept of copay in visitors insurance. Insurance company pays a fixed amount for each and every procedure in Visitors Care and you pay the difference. You can find out the coverage limits at
