I would like to to get the innternational travel insurace to start FEb 1st of this year.. is it too late to organize this? If not how do I go about doing this for one year?

I was wondering does Liaison Travel also cover small medical costs and if so how do I go abouts claiming this later on

Liaison Traveler is an emergency evacuation insurance only. Only the
transportation.
There is no medical coverage in it.
