Can this medevac insurance be purchased for a non-US citizen? Thank you, I would like to purchase in the next couple days for a 6-12 month period.

If you are referring to either Liaison Traveler or Diplomat MedEvac listed at http://www.insubuy.com/emergency-medical-evacuation-insurance/ (http://www.insubuy.com/emergency-medical-evacuation-insurance/) , both of these plans cover medical evacuation for citizens of any country, as long as traveling internationally.
If you are referring to different insurance product, please let me know so that I can answer accordingly.
