Good Medical Insurance for pre-existing conditions

Hi.
I am looking to buy a decent medical ins for my mother. She arrived last week. She has pre-existing conditions like diabetes, arthritis, occasional BP and other muscle ailments. She is on combination of homeopath, allopath and ayurveda to treat them.

I am looking for experiences with pre-existing conditions and which insurance companies to work with and which to avoid (eg. Coris.)

That is the best plan available. Of course, it is for any new medical conditions that may occur after the insurance is effective.

It has big PPO network (First Health) and therefore widely accepted, it is renewable(min. 5 days at a time), and it is refundable in case of early departure.
