Hi,

I recently got insurance(inbound USA - plan A - $50,000) for my wife who is on h4 visa from india. i would like to know
1) whether tht covers any dental, eye treatments.
2) how much it would roughly cover for treatment like appendicitis. I am guessing that this would be possible to tell based on anyone's previous experience..just a rough number should be ok.
Please let me know as this would be very useful.
