HI if universiy does not accept your insurance will you refund me completely?

Yes, as long as you get in writing from the university that they didn't accept our insurance, and submit that to us before the effective date of the insurance.

I first arrived in the USA in December 2006. I have been here from that day till May 2008.
Then I went home to visit family in Iran and I returned in Jan 2009. I have had insurance during my stay in Iran from Iranian insuarnce companies.
Now I am wondering what should I write in my arriva date. should I write my first arrival in 2006 or my second arrival in 2009 ?
