I am a student planning to come to US, california, for my Master's Degree in Computer Science. What shall be the best coverage and the premium for me ? Should i buy from India or after joinning my university in California? Could u please forward your remarks?

Insurance taken from India is typically only for short duration like to 3 to 6 months. After that, you have to take from US anyway.
