Evacuation insurance for diseases

Hello, I plan to buy - if possible this week - an insurance from you. Regarding the Emergency Medical Evacuation (that would be from Brazil back to the US), I do not understand the exlusion : "disease of any kind" (second bullet). If any disease is axcluded from the evacuation plan, what's the use of being covered ? I think I miss something... THanks for your quick reply.

You have misunderstood.

That means that the evacuation insurance plans cover just the evacuation, that is transportation. There is no coverage for the treatment of any disease.
