Even if you want any coverage outside of those parameters, they may be considered for appropriate premium.

Even after careful planning, many things may go wrong which are just beyond an individual's control. Please note that if you are the event planner, you should not rely on the liability insurance of the venue. If the convention center burns down, their insurance will pay to rebuild it. However, it will not pay you to find another convention site. Even if their liability insurance covers someone injured at the venue, it will not provide any coverage for lost profits and expenses due to that person injured.
